I am truly grateful. Never in a million years did I think I would ever lift heavy again after hurting my back years ago. Never did I think Id compete in PowerLifting. Never did I think Id ever ever win a National Title. Never ever did I think Id compete at the PowerLifting Worlds for Team Canada. My mind and body are focused for 2015 now and I cant wait to do my best. One of the best things about PowerLifting and travelling is meeting fantastic strong people. I just wanted to take a moment and give a shout out to Ernie Parkes.
