I am truly humbled. Humbled by the amount of messages thanking me - TopicsExpress

I am truly humbled. Humbled by the amount of messages thanking me for my posts. Humbled by the amount of messages from people who have missed my posts the past few days. Humbled by the amount of messages from people who say I inspire them. Tonight I went off my PiYo calendar and did PiYo Lower Body. Lower Body is 21 minutes. This burn is from just lower body & letting my polar watch continue to run for 5 minutes. Some people consider lower body to be the easiest PiYo workout. I consider every PiYo workout to be as hard as you make it. I pushed my limits so hard tonight. But that doesnt make me perfect. Many people message me and tell me that they dont understand how I can stay so motivated...But that is the thing. Im not always motivated. Recently I havent been motivated. Ive been tired. Ive been more motivated to go to sleep when I get home. Ive been more motivated to watch Gilmore Girls and eat chips & salsa than to cook salmon & workout just because its EASIER. Life will knock you down. Life will push you. Push right back. Some days you will succeed at pushing back, and some days you will eat an entire appetizer of chips by yourself. You WILL NOT be perfect all the time. Do your best and when you fall 7 times, get up 8. When you eat an entire appetizer of chips by yourself, move on. When you miss three days of workouts, push yourself to workout that 4th day. We have an entire lifetime, dont focus on that one cookie or that one missed workout. Focus on every day being better than you were the day yesterday. Focus on the fact that there is so much more to life than a perfect body. Focus on the fact that food is not the enemy. Focus on the fact that you are TRYING. Focus on the fact that you are failing forward. Focus on the fact that you are putting in more effort than you used to. Focus on the fact that you are enjoying life. Focus on the fact that you are alive. Focus on the fact that it is NEVER too late. Focus on being proud of all that you have accomplished. And most importantly, keep smiling. Who cares about a thigh gap when youve got a huge smile? #thereisalwaysareasontosmile
