I am truly humbled and blessed today because I received a message from one my Soldiers that use to work for me (in Cali) before I retired and the message left me speechless with all of the kind words that the Soldier left for me. I pride myself on making sure that I do the best that I can as a leader and I hope that I have left a piece of me with all of my Soldiers that work for me or beside me. Always remember that a good leader takes care of their Soldiers and leads from the front. Their are leaders out their that lack the leadership qualities, I say this they are a training tool for you not to follow their type of leadership and do not allow them to take away your integrity.
