I am trying to motivate and encourage myself today. On my list grease trailers, One property has mold and bm filled toilets so bringing lots of water so I can flush the crap, and can fix the broken lines, Then bids for mold remediation on that one.. another has 3 ft long grass over an acre and that one, well it rained so not getting done. T wo properties that need full services to get ready for market. Plus like 5 other properties my right hand man has to visit for bids... I think my tummy needs to be stronger this morning as just the thought of what I am going into is a bit distruptive. LOL Mask up , glove up...to encourage myself I remeber the worst jobs...Like one a man had thrown his garbage down the steps for 4 yrs...It was like cleaning out a landfill in a contained area of raw garbage flies, maggots and rats...The guys on the crew that day stood at the top of the stairs and just looked...I was like 20 min, lets shovel and bag and see how far we get...After a bit it took 6 hrs, then we disenfected and we did use 40 gallons of bleach, ...after you would have never known...When I think of that day I can do anything. LOL
