I am trying to put a program together that is similar to the Petty driving experience for disabled veterans. The out going manager at my local track said he would be totally for it but I couldnt run faster than 14.00 in the quarter without insurance. I want to be able to run all out but I realize you gotta start somewhere. What I want to do first though is get a mission statement ready for the new track manager and people that would like to donate for the cause ie. parts,time,services or anything that will help make this a win win situation for all parties involved. Please send any and all suggestions on how to make this happen. I have a 70 Dodge Dart that runs 10.50s and it passes tech with no problems. I was in the military so I have the mentality of nothing impossible. I want to read everyones suggestion so please no hater type comments saying it will never happen they will only take up time from reading the positive comments.
