I am unearthing deep caverns of unattended emotional turmoil, but as I find the courage to wade into them, I also create openings that allow them the freedom to flow towards the surface, creating space to be filled with whatever I decide to tend. While I definitely do not have all of the answers I seek, I have the peace that comes from knowing that my only true obligation is to continue to open myself to the experiences life brings forth, to lean into them, to dig deep into the responses they evoke in me, and to be courageous enough to share that messy, beautiful, unpredictable experience. ~ A real revolution, an evolution, a path back to the center... #rebellesociety #raw #depth #courage
