I am up dating what I have learned while seeking Justice with our legal system. First of all the labor system isn’t set up with integrity. The corrupt system protects the corrupt system. That is why my Senator wouldn’t or couldn’t have my cases investigated. It would have been political suicide. Now I can tell you what goes on behind the seen in a labor dispute with the Union, NLRB, and Federal system. The Union, NLRB, and Federal Court aren’t set up for Justice it is all about Law suits. From my union all the way to the President’s office I made known the laws were being broken. Not one law maker stepped forward. This is how I believe it sums the labor system, if a company preferably union shop has a problem with an employee. They lay wait for any situation to arise and if there is away to turn the incident into a hazard or a deliberate act. They first use these tactics, manipulate, intimidate twist the facts and discipline. If desired terminate, have their lawyers write termination charges that a person with a high education would have to read to understand. They also have policies written that an employees would have an opportunity to take a last chance offer from the company. This policy has the employee to sign all his or her legal rights away. This releases the Union and company of any wrong doing. It also gives the company the opportunity to find out if the employee will sign in fear of loosing their job Since most people would get an attorney the employee would never know the system. The labor system is set up for lawyers not the American worker. Without a lawyer the Court allows the defendant’s attorney to make you the criminal not the defendant. If you don’t know the Rules and procedures it impossible to get justice. In my case the defendant attorney sent me all the evidence I needed to prove my case to the Court. This is called inadvertently sending the evidence and the Court won’t allow it to be used. I now understand why the people that are getting paid to protect the working class in this nation won’t do their job. If anyone of these would have done their job, I believe this could have opened several law suits at Kellogg’s, maybe even nation wide if the word got out. Once again I am calling on anyone all across this nation and I am going nation wide to have their lawmakers have these cases turned over to a special prosecutor and have a Grand Jury investigate these cases. Federal Court case no. cv -11- 2526-JTM -DJW Federal District Court of Kansas and case no 17 CB 069119 NLRB these are both Federal cases so all our law makers have a responsibility to up hold the laws of our land and protect the working class in this nation. We have to demand the corruption be brought to light and get it out I can’t change any of this without the people in our free nation making their voice heard and demand integrity in our labor system. This is so big not one news station supposedly looking out for the people would take my story to the public.
