I am upset with a grading practice of one of the teachers my daughter has in High School. Instead of just averaging all of the grades and having that be the grade, this teacher assigns %s..i. e. 25% homework 25% quizzes 50% tests. I just dont agree and if you do the math (which I did) the grades are not the same. As of now she should have a B in a class but it will show up on her report card as a D because of this way of grading. I feel all teachers should grade the same way, and I just want to know how you feel about it.
