I am very excited to be catching up with Chef Pete Evans this week, in my role as Nutritionist for his upcoming ‘Healthy Everyday 2015 School Lunch’ project. This project will be providing a range of easy to make healthy recipes for parents and kids to make together for school lunches, with the focus of having fun with healthy food. Each recipe has been created at different schools and will be available as a 2 minute episode, then broadcast on the Pete Evans website for the public to access, free of charge.
