I am very thankful that the 3 men in my life are scrumptious chefs Ron Collins Justin Collins Kenny Collins,(thank you Gladys Collins for being a wonderful example in the kitchen and in life for help making the men in our life kind, sensitive, family men) Guys thank you for making our Collins Christmas DInner very delicious and being who you are, our bacon scallops, crab ball stuffed sweet peppers, steak, grilled lobster, baked potatoe, and salad were perfect. The desserts were delightful, chocolate chocolate cake, carrot cake, peanut pie, yumm... We are also thankful for our special daughter in law Nicole Collins who was sent from heaven above (thanks Mom Brennan) she is like the daughter we never had, thanks for making us feel special and a part of your new families life. We are especially thankful for becoming grandparents this year (thanks GOD) to our granddaughter Mackenzie Harper, she is such a sweet and lovely person. We LOVE you ALL. Thanks for being you!!!
