I am voting no on Question 3 for many reasons, however, the most important reason is the fact that this initiative is based on business REVENUES not on taxable profits of a business.... so .......................a business that is barely paying its operating costs including employee salaries and benefits, office rental and expenses, insurance as required, license fees, income and employee taxes, federal taxes and freight or shipping fees, may not actually be making any profit(s).... for those businesses, and there are many...this tax will cripple them and create loss of jobs as well as services... poorly crafted tax...VOTE NO
