I am waiting to be pleasantly surprised should something dignified and inspirational come from the CORD rally today. The menu will comprise: plenty of gripe about victories that have been robbed them; many servings of rabblerousing speeches against corruption in the govt but no substance; spoonfuls of hostilities directed to some parts of the Kenyan population; garnishes of chest- thumping boasts about ability to offer better leadership but this might never see the light of day; a salad of dancing antics most unsuitable for that podium. Somebody may accuse me of lack of objectivity but let me say that i am a willing bride, ready to be wooed. Once again let me express my desire that Hon. Raila will today rise up to the occasion as a symbol of Kenyan unity, altenative leadership that our motherland deserves. Nothing else will do for me,all else amounting to machiavellianism!
