I am watching the documentary about the Boston Marathon. I remember that horrible day because a friend of mine and his wife were near the finish line waiting for friends to complete the race. I watched with horror the never ending news footage of the explosion and I recall having the feeling of why? Why such a senseless cowardly act that instantly created so many horrible memories, so many innocent victims, and yet so many heroes. To my relief my friend and his wife were ok physically however emotionally they were shaken up. I pray that the Lord bless all who were and still are affected by this event?
