I am wondering why in the world we even celebrated birthdays before the wonderful world of facebook!!! Thanks to the worlds best daughter, Zyan Kirkland for driving down (according to Google maps, it would have taken her 18+ hours to walk, fyi) from the big city to celebrate w/ mom over an omelette at Scotties! Thanks to Little Jim Kirkland for getting back into this madness, just to wish his lovely wife a HB! Thanks to my boys, Conor Kirkland and Too-Cool-For-FB Campbell (apple doesnt....tree) for the cool new griddle. Thanks to Brian Miracle, the worlds best boss (Joe Guy, did you send bday wishes??) for initially RUINING my day, but ultimately redeeming himself. John Lipps & Elaina Yasko Earps, your duet was honestly like none other I have ever heard. Nichole Myers, I love you. Kavitha Reddy, you are the coolest! Patrenia Casteel-Curtis, you are an absolute GOD-SEND. I could go on and on and on...WHAT AN EVENTFUL DAY!!!! LOVE YOU ALL PEEPS!!!!
