I am working as Manager of Blessed Hope Foundation here in Newberry. Blessed Hope is a 501 (c) 3 organization which hands out food the first and third Tuesday of each month. Six months ago we were serving approx. 80-85 families each Tuesday. November 4, 2014 we served 188 families. We accept monetary donations and nonperishable food donations. Also if you would like to volunteer at any time please contact me. This is a worthy cause and were trying to serve as many families as possible. We never know when the time might come where we as individuals would need help also.
