I am working on a weight training class that I might be teaching live to small groups. I am also going to need some guinea pigs. I mean, test group participants. 😜 You have no idea how frustrating it is when I see people going to the gym, boring themselves to death on the treadmills and ellipticals and their bodies not changing. Yeah sure its some activity, cool, but that is not what makes your body change. #instructortotherescue #strengthtraining
