I am working to create a way for citizens in Cumberland to more easily report concerns to me, relative to infrastructure and other issues you see around town. For now, this is just a test, but I am hopeful to make better use of mobile technology to report issues. Please help me test a mobile app that I have created by visiting CumberlandMD.mobapp.at on your mobile phone and clicking on the link at the top of the page to download the app and use it. Please use the downloadable version rather than the site, as it allows you to attach photos of the issue of concern. I will take everything that you report seriously, even during this test period. For now, this is simply a test, until any bugs can be worked out. This app costs nothing for you to use. It costs the city nothing. I am personally utilizing it as a way for citizens to report concerns to me that can be passed on to city staff for review and resolution. Please use the app to make some legitimate reports about pot holes, litter, blight, and other neighborhood concerns. You may not get a response from me, but rest assured that I will be seeing everything you report. Thanks in advance for helping me to test this way of making better use of handheld personal, mobile technology in our city.
