I am writing an article on Love. I would like to have some input from you as to what Love means to you. We al filter everything through our own experiences, and our wisdom. This article would not even begin to scratch the surface, if I wrote only about what I think Love is. What defines an act of love? How many kinds of love are there? Does Love change over time? Even the heavy hitting questions.. when does love transform to hate.. Can you love someone and then really truly hate them? Or is that your own hurt feelings trying to protect you from the love that is wedged in there? Is any form of love greater than any other? Is love of self, or god, or family, or country, or anything greater than any other? If so, why? Can you choose not to love? If so, is that somehow morally wrong, or personally wrong? Does anyone, at any time have the right to advise you, or legislate to you, who, or how you can love? I know that this is a heavy subject.. The end result is supposed to be a realistic vision of what we perceive Love to be, in all its facets. Your input will be creditted to you, should you wish that. . You dont have to relate personal experiences, unless you feel that you want to. I just am interested in what process people go through, feel.. all of that.. When thy first feel such an emotion.. before, during, and as the case may be, after. What has the love of anything done to change your life. Was it a good experience? Have you ever mistaken something else for Love? I leave your choice about contributing anything.. snippets, pearls of wisdom.. questions too!. up to you :) This could be awesome, and rewarding to everyone who chooses to be involved. Its not just an article, but a way to pass on the hows and whys, and reasons we are able to extend a part of ourselves beyond our own skin. The world is full of so many things, positive and negative. This article will focus on what is inherently loving, good, if you will, in humanity. So often we paint our species as black in spirit, and uncaring. This article will be an attempt, possibly to dismiss that theory as untrue. I await your input with eagerness. Have a wonderful evening! I suppose the gist of the article, after a lot of wrestling, is what is really wonderful about being human. Perhaps the quest to answer the question of what love is, is a bit over the top.. It is in our natures.. so understanding it cannot be a bad thing..Even a little understanding eventually opens the door to a deeper understanding of many things. Stuff, that you didnt know connected.. The more we think.. the more we understand. Im probably babbling now.. I am anxious, and eager to hear your opinions!
