I am writing this message at 2:00 AM because this is when my imagination is the most active. For a long period of time I pondered why Vemma as an International Health and Wellness company has been seen with such criticism towards the questionability of its integrity and longevity. I finally came to an epiphany. The public perception of Vemmas mission statement and core values have been incredibly misinterpreted to the public eye because of a segment of the company called the YPR. YPR (Young People Revolution) is a collection of young entrepreneurs consuming mainly the Verve products Vemma offers. They have become incredibly passionate about the idea of finding like minded individuals who want to drink these products and also make money. Although the organic message of the YPR was to grow your mind and income while not having a boss controlling your own hours; the core values of the YPR were never ESTABLISHED....so heres what happened unintentionally. When certain people did not want to be a part of the YPR, a stereotype was created that by having a job they were wasting their own moral value. I have even heard top income earners refer to employees as paid slaves. And as people make more money in the YPR so does the negative perception of those who are not involved if they feel they are being judged for not participating. Due to this judgment created. The outside perspective of Vemma as a WHOLE company has become negatively skewed when Vemma remained a constant, but the lack of the YPRs core values being established is what really created that judgment in the first place. If we want to prosper, if we want to create true longevity as a company. People must understand that Vemma is a billion dollar idea that will flourish for a multitude of decades. The YPR will not if it doesnt establish core values that do not target or judge anyone who does not want to participate. My organization advocates freedom. Financially and nutritionally, its up to you if you want to be apart of the bonuses. You dont have to be money hungry for millions just to be a part of Vemma. It is tailor made to your life, you dont fit into it, it fits into you. But my team is personally not affiliated with anyone that creates judgments that will force people to make uncomfortable buying decisions they do not want to make. We are professionals and we know what were doing because we already did it. We didnt get there by being wrong. We will get to a billion, we just need to determine our demeanor, and remember in the end its people helping people. #FvF
