I am written this not as a way to excuse ourself but to explain some of the issues we have been facing. Over the past two weeks we have unfortunately angered a few of our customers due to long wait times. For this we are deeply sorry. We have seen some larger then expected growth and have tried to keep up with it by attempting to hire staff. We have been somewhat successful and had hired 5 new staff for the kitchen and front of house and it has taken some time to train them. We have had some disappointments in trying to hire staff as well, we have had two people hired to only send us emails the day they were to start work and say they are sorry but have thought about it and the job does not fit their lifestyle, really you have to waste our time to hire you and then quit the day you were to start. I have a great bunch of core staff here that have been with me for a long time. They and I have been working towards a plan that will see us bring along our new staff as well as ways to speed the kitchen up with out compromising our quality . Our food will never be fast food, we make most everything from scratch, we dont go from freezer to fryer or microwave , however some of the wait times have been to long. If we have angered you we are sorry and do hope we will see you again to prove we can do better. cheers and thanks John Bartlett Owner
