I analyze what Peyton Manning has done so far this season: Four games, 16 touchdowns, no interceptions, on pace for 624 throws at 75% completion rate and 5,880 yards. Then I look at his basic stats. He is 37 years old. He has been in the league for 16 years. Most quarterbacks at that age are on their way out. They are backups to young kids who help mentor them to their own stardom. Not Peyton. He wants to break records. He wants to SHATTER records. He wants to win his second ring. He wants to get his unprecedented fifth MVP award. He wants the all time passing record. He can break it in two and a half seasons at this pace. He SHOULD pass the most passing TD in career next year. I firmly believe Peyton Manning is the BEST person to ever play football, period.
