Lifting weight will raise your metabolic rate up to 72 hours next to any cardio program and I dont care how many calories u will burn it would only last 4-6 hours that It!!!! 5. Here is the best tip I can give you. Write down and see what happens. DRESS for your success. D- the right diet R- rest-sleep E- body beast S- any type of stress out and start working in....
