I apologise if I am duplicating effort, but I have requested answers / clarification to the following from Scottish Enterprise: 1.Why can’t the Inch Cape power be brought ashore at Torness which has an operational sub-station. OK some expansion might be necessary but this would have very little, if any, incremental impact on the local community. 2.Why can’t all the required turbines be manufactured at existing Energy Parks; these will have been in full production for many years before the proposed Cockenzie site comes on-line. 3.What will happen to the site once all the required turbines have been manufactured. 4. Please clarify what operational function the Cockenzie site will undertake, there appears to be confusion between manufacture and assembly. I will post the answers once I receive them.
