I apologize for sticking up fo the member of this group crudup Kent just about all day trying to sell his 95 fatboy. I was giving him the benefit of the doubt when everyone was calling scam because he wanted $2500 for it which seems low but thats the trade in value for a dealership. So thats not a bad asking price because retail is $5400. While waiting on the dealership to pull the vin supplied n the post he replied to me: Hi David Like i said i just moved here so i and i left with the bike to Norman, OK, I wont be chanced to arrange a meeting or show, especially when I have to leave the city. I am handling the bike to a shipping company to bring down to you to test-run and look through the title/pink slip. As I explained earlier the title is already in good shape, duly signed and prepared for transferee to complete. Payment can be handled to the shipping company, VEHICLE SHIPPING INC . I dont mind. While delivery charges will be handled by me. Whats your opinion on this? I will talk to my son to make sure we all get along. let me know immediately if you are sill interested Thanks Which im mot david. So I tried to reply to him amd say that he got us mixed up or something. When I did it said I dont have permission to contact this user or something like that meaning he realized that he screwed up n contacted the wrong person. He im thinking he knew he was caught. I cant even find the post to tell everyone to watch out. Havent heard back from the dealership whether its a valid vin or not but im assuming not. But like I said everything is magically gone except the messages in my inbox. ADMINISTRATION NEEDS TO REMOVE HIM FROM THE GROUP. I do believe now like most it was in fact a scam or he wouldnt have blocked me from contacting him back especially when I wouldnt have been buying the bike.
