I apologize if this is off topic but I am trying to help a neighbor with an ongoing issue. If you live on Ramsey or Davis streets you have probably experienced the woman on Davis Street who always calls the cops on dogs barking. I know the code and if one neighbor has an issue, they can cite you for your dogs barking. Well, what Rick Dunn said at a previous council meeting has come to fruition. My neighbor has received 2 tickets in 3 days for her dogs barking. They dont bark excessively and they do not bother anyone else but this one woman. I remember the council saying that you cannot record a neighbors backyard (which she has done) if they have a 6 foot fence surrounding it. I cant find a statute, state or city to back this up though. Still looking at county regs but nothing yet. Can anyone help with this? Thank you.
