I apologize in advance, I do not know how to talk or act coherently on camera haha. But that doesnt matter :P Thank you, Hector and Sam, for nominating me to do the ALS Icewater Bucket Challenge. ALS is commonly known as Lou Gehrigs disease and it is a progressive neurodegenerative paralysis of the motor neurons in the brain and spinal cord. As you can probably imagine, this is a pretty serious disease and there have been thousands of reported cases of ALS in America as of late. So, in addition to doing this challenge, I strongly encourage everyone to donate to the ALS Association for research. Its very simple. Just log onto alsa.org. My family has already donated to the ALS Association and you can do the same. So, my EXTREMELY lucky nominees are: Heather, Dylan, Ayeda, Mike, Francis, Spencer, Matthew, Conor, Megan, and Dawn.
