I applied for a new gas connection @ Vishnu Indane Gas agency - TopicsExpress

I applied for a new gas connection @ Vishnu Indane Gas agency (kadugodi bangalore) on 18th june. They said it will take 45 days for new connection. Two days ago I called to them and they said it will take another 45 days and call on 20th august. What I hear most is they make consumers wait for longer time and expect to bribe them which I dont want to. I tried booking online but when I select karnataka and bangalore, it wont give distributors list which I need to select to proceed further and hence forth, could not make online booking. If there is a way to solve this irregularity please let me know.
