I applied for a rental that is far cheaper than what Im renting now, and got knocked back because according to their real estates rules, percentage wise I am not able to rent anything over $250 a week with them, due to my income being a pension. EVEN THOUGH, i provided them with a ledger showing clearly that I have NEVER been late with a rental payment in my life, AND I am currently renting a property worth alot more than the one I applied for, with reasonable ease. Anything in the $250 price range is a shack. You cant even get units for that price. And I have a child with special needs to care for, the house needs to be gated, security screens etc. Or he will just leave. Thank god not all real estates have that rule or Id be frigging homeless. So furious right now. So I have to stay in a property that is MORE expensive now, that has gas AND electricty, AND charges me full water consumption every quarter. Pissed off. this world is stupid. and people are stupid. ok rant over
