I appreciate free speech, and I am sorry those French cartoonists are dead, but Im not going to stick up their pictures of hook-nosed middle-eastern stereotypes just to express solidarity with them. I appreciate the courage it took to keep publishing after they got firebombed in 2011, but my solidarity doesnt extend to posting up pictures aimed at pissing off wide swaths of Muslims instead of merely those extremists who advocate and champion terror. Its unfair and legally wrong when a loudmouth in a bar gets clobbered by another patron for saying something obnoxious. Id gladly speak up for and even get in there to bust up the beating.
