I appreciate the statement of UN Secretary General Banki Moon about the terrorist incidents in Quetta and the effects it could have on female education. I request Honorable General Secretary to take some concreteactions to prevent the violation of sovereignty of UN member states by other members in the form of drone strikes; arming of Syrian rebels converting a political struggle for reform into a bloody civil war; providing asylum for separatists that have blood on their hands, funding of their citizens to the militant separatist movements in other countries and continued interference in the domestic politics of other state by their citizens. World peace can not be achieved until and unless all UN members strictly adhere to its charter and exercise it in their bilateral relations. I hope the Honorable Secretary General will take some actions soon.
