I ask a long set of questions here. If the Refs are given the balls 2 1/2 hrs before the game, and they are checked, how is the pressure tracked. Are the balls numbered in some way and the pressure recorded on each one, then when rechecked at some point in the game because of a suspicion? How can they accurately determine what balls, and by how much were they deflated? What tells us they were properly inspected pre-game in the first place? Who is really at fault here if they arent tested, recorded and tracked to begin with. Maybe its the fault of the Refs to begin with.
