I ask myself where in history our great grandchildren ...nieces and nephews...family members will ask where we stood during these 8 years of President Obama. Did we stand with him for what we believed was good and true or right? Or did we stand with those who denounced him on what we believed was good and true or right. The answers lie within those still asking for his birth certificate, within those bringing the color of his skin in with those requests. Answers lie within the socialist comments for those who do not begin to know what socialism is. Answers lie with those who compare his presidency with Hitler and genocide. The absurdity of anything that is within touching distance of those beliefs will be an embarrassment to you, if you would be still living. Perhaps, it will take another 50/100 years before sociologists will be able to comprehend what lies within people that drove them to such lengths of stolidity. There is a difference in having your opinions based on lies and those based on bigotry...but such a very fine line. I see everywhere around me in the world ,people hiding behind lies to hide many ugly truths they harbor. The eight years of this Presidency will yield a lifetime of studies to understanding the dark enmity of a nation devouring each other. A pure sense of a malevolence that loves its hatered.
