I ask you to please pray for Daniel... WHO is Daniel??? I came across Daniel on a street corner on Thursday around noon. He was holding an anything helps sign. I rolled down my car window, called out to him but he wouldnt come. I guessed he was so used to not getting any attention. I had to honk for him to come to my car. I gave him a few dollars. He said, Thank you, Miss. My name is Daniel, God Bless. I replied, Daniel, your name is SO powerful, do you know that? Do you know that God is molding you to be blessed abundantly? He looked surprised, then said, Yes with a faint smile. It was a really hot day, so I tried to go back to take him food and water, but he had already left. I happened to pass by the same corner this morning and saw him. I went to a grocery store nearby and bought food and water. I went back, parked close, and he stared at me for a while. Then, he approached my car. His eyes lit up as he came closer. I asked him, Hi Daniel, do you remember me? He said, Yes, the other day you told me my name was powerful... That keeps playing over and over in my mind. Tears rolled down his face. And mine too :) We talked for almost an hour. He shared his life story, and it was a rough one. At 34, hes been through so much. He lives under a freeway bridge close by, after having been a business owner years ago. I shared how Jesus could help him overcome. I could sense that he was receptive to some of the things I was saying, but I could tell a part of him was seeking what I had to share. I sensed he wanted peace within him. I did my best to express Gods love and compassion. Tears kept rolling down his face. As we said goodbye, I gave him all the food and water I bought at the grocery store. He was SO grateful. It seemed like he had a hard time accepting that someone was willing to help him just because. I asked if he had a bible because I was willing to go and get him one, and he said that he did have one. He pulled it out of his backpack and showed it to me. I suggested for him to continue to seek His word, and to turn to it in those weak moments. He agreed. This young man went from owning his own business, to this difficult life. He is going through this for a reason, like bible Daniel had his big test of faith... God, I ask that you shield his mind, body, thoughts, soul, and will. God, continue to knock on his heart. He is SO close to you. I sense his time is coming. I pray for you to protect him and bless him, in Jesus name ❤️
