I asked my brother and sister in law who are cruising the Baltic to bring me back a Russian woman from St Petersburg. I just received a message from them that Russian women are too tall and they never smile but they are working on a woman from Copenhagen...they are always smiling. The deeper question is do smiles mean you are happy or out of touch with the misery of the world and therefore shallow. I think at this point in my life I am choosing smiles. I have to start working on my Danish so when she gets here we can share a Danish and I will know what to say.
