I attended a seminar on women in front which is a non-governmental organization ,that aims to promote expert and specialized women, highlight their expertise and push them to the front line by encouraging them to play leading roles, seeking for the creation of a new modern and reformed Lebanese society. The objectives of this organization is to : - encourage women participation in public and political life -enforce a 30% quota as a starting point for women -persuade Lebanese women to vote for women candidates - change the image of Lebanese women in the media by presenting her as accountable, trustworthy and capable of handing public responsibilities - ask the media to play a positive role as partners in their cause Really it was great to have such activities in my country Lebanon ,and this will give the PSI Arab region a real push to continue in our mission and program of action
