I attended my friend, Caroles wedding today in Indiana. We met in Feb of 88, when we attended flight attendant training together in MSP, Minn, to prepare for our careers at Northwest Orient Airlines. I left DTW yesterday, went to the church service with Carole, Lee & their families. The minister, Judy, married them quietly in a very loving little white church which the whole congregation has built together, literally, from a shell of a building... Its beautiful & so inviting.... Perfect place of peace & love. I feel very much at home there with everyone. We had a nice dinner together, then Aug & Devonna dropped me off at the airport for my flight back to DTW. It was a wonderful two days spent with people who seem like family to me. They have always welcomed me with open arms... Feels good & I am grateful󾬖
