I attended the funeral today for Blue Mountains resident Jarrod Samson-Hills. He would be so proud with the way in which people spoke, how his mates and family said farewell and it is just another example of how a community comes together in their time of need. So.......to the lower Blue Mountains and to the people that came from far and wide, the way in which you gave him a touching farewell is something I will never forget and he would be the proudest man in heaven. I never knew Jarrod but I know many that did and I say.....farewell from our online community. Yes he died too young but he has touched and changed the lives of many. This mural tribute will live on forever in his memory at the Glenbrook Skate Park. RIP
