I avoid upgrading to new iPhones until the second model comes out. By then third party manufacturers have battery cases available. And Apple usually has the kinks worked out of its iOS. The iPhone 6 series is a bit too big to for a battery jacket, which means using an external power brick + wires to maintain a daily charge. I bought an 8800mah Duracell external charger. It works well with wires, but I havent tried using it with the wireless charging jacket. Its not clear whether they are compatible. Has anyone used both? Seems one could charge an iPhone on the go by putting them in the same pocket and not using wires. The other company I like is Mophie which only has wired options and only jackets for iPhone 5s, not 6...
