I backed off on keeping up on Iced Earth after Matt Barlow quit a second time. Theyve put out two albums since then with their new singer, Stu Block. So, I finally got curious and listened to a few of the new songs. Yeah....not impressed. Worse than that though was the butchering that came here. They sound like a bad tribute band now. Screw this. Wake me up when Schaffer pulls his head out of his ass and either gets Barlow back (or at least Ripper Owens). Until then, Im out.
