I beat Bowie to jazz! This is a track which I made over ten years ago for the Bowienet Mash Up competition (which I didnt win). Its simply Bring Me The Disco King sped up to double the speed and the vocals are taken from the Algeria Touchshriek segue on 1.Outside, all put together on a 500Mhz PC with a massive 64mb of memory and probably Cool Edit Pro, but Im not sure. Anyway, the drumming is very similar in this to the drumming on his new single and it has a nice, jazzy feel. I wonder if he ever heard it?
