Fill the peppers with small chunks of chicken and slices of Pepperjack cheese. Wrap in bacon and secure bacon ends with toothpicks. Bake on cookie sheet in pre-heated 350° F oven for about 35-40 minutes and flip half way through (baking time depends on how cooked you prefer your bacon!)
