I believe he is off on his timing, but everything I have been reading about the increase in solar flares lately, I truly believe this is what is in the coming future. With the comet ISIS about to pass the sun, and with the possibility of Planet X or Planet Nibaru, the sun is sure to have violent reactions. This makes everything makes sense; the FEMA camps and coffins for those who are not prepared, the underground bunkers the elite are building, the mass ammo purchase by our government (to control those who are pillaging, looting, and become violent from starvation), and chemtrails with aluminum in an attempt to both reflect the solar flares and weaken our immune system with dangerous chemicals. Remember folks, there is only enough food in the average city to last 3 days, if that.
