I believe if we had a responsible Police Force, if truly they had security reports on an imminent attack on the National Assembly, why did they not inform the Chairman of the National Assembly in person of the Senate President. Who inturn would have informed the Speaker. Why did they allow the Deputy Speaker in but prevented the Speaker from entering? Is the Deputy Speakers life of no consequence? How all staff of the National Assembly and visitors were allowed in? Like soneone said, injustice breeds rascals. The way I see it, the Nigerian Police declared war on the National Assembly, thereby forcing the members to take any means necessary to protect their territory.
