I believe in honesty at all times, so good news for whoever buys this. 2000 Chevy Trailblazer 4x4 with a 4.3 liter automatic (yes, it really is a 4.3). It had a blown head gasket repaired in July but then it had a random misfire at idle. Replaced the whole distributor assembly ($165) and that didnt fix it. Replaced all the plugs and wires ($50) and that didnt fix it. Replaced the harmonic balancer (another $55) and that didnt fix it. It was running about 80 psi on cylinders 3 and 4. So I was limping it along when something happened Saturday night and now it wont stay running at idle. It starts, can drive it down the road (although its quite embarrasing to me) and it runs like crap. I think it is another blown head gasket (and since my son was driving it when it happened who knows) but I am tired of throwing money at it, so I went and bought a different car. It has some normal wear and tear for a 14 year old but even with 211,000 miles on it, Kelly blue book values it at $2506 First $1,000 gets it. PM me with serious comments or inquiries. Oh, and almost new tires and I just paid the tags in September.
