I believe in practicing what you preach. Im always advising people to consider taking supplements to assist with dieting, training, building muscle and dealing with injuries. Due to crashing the MX bike 2 days ago which aggravated an old ripped rotor cuff injury I started taking certain supplements, on top of what I normally would take. Im taking 14 tablets 3 times a day, plus 2 others 4 times a day, plus 2 x 5g of powder, creatine and l-glutamine 4 times a day plus 150g of protein powder in a day. I couldnt even lift my arm up to chest height yesterday, today I can get it to head height !!!!
