I believe in the power of prayer n one consistent prayer I say is asking God to shed the blood if Jesus over my children n our home. I was advised to do this from my oldest kid grandmother years ago. Today this prayer in my eyes protected my daughter from stray bullets. I sent her out to start my car n as im in the bathroom I hear several gunshots n these shots were very close. My heart stopped as I thought Lord not my baby. Then I hear her on the porch n she runs in crying saying she almost got shot . She says I heard the bullet pass my head. She was thanking God n stated she felt like God blew the bullet away. Im glad she has faith. Im thankful for Gods protection. However this is happening all times of day. Innocent ppl are caught in the mix. Where do we go from here? Dr. MLK Jr wrote a book many years ago about violence n discrimination n yet we still show the same terrible characteristics. I will speak on it. If I see it I will tell my side I have to do something. We have to do something. Chaos to community how do we get here? #unity
