I believe particle jet streams seen coming from the centre of black holes is the fluid already flowing, but torn and pinched by gyroscopic mutation. Its the galaxies version of a solar wind (the stuff that comes off the sun and when it passes earth, produces aurora borealis). I have actually experienced the mechanical action that is produced in creating a solar wind (on a much smaller scale). When you hold a pipe and smoke is flowing, and then you rock the pipe back and forth, smoke draws towards the exit hole and as you continue to rock the pipe it goes back and forth (towards the exit, and back into the chamber) - a gyroscopic axis specific mechanics.
