I believe some MCAs from some counties like Makueni are running rogue. They want all contracts from the county govt, they want to run the county govt, they go ahead and sack 4 county executives and later impeach the governor...you now wonder who will run the county govt. The soln of dealing with such greedy leaders is to DISSOLVE THE ENTIRE COUNTY GOVT. I supt H.E The Governor of Makueni , Kivutha Kibwana in doing this... On his Facebook account, Kibwana posted the following: I accept to follow the leadership of the People of Makueni. Let the MCAs impeach the 1,000,000 of us. Truly MCAs and Senators have turned out to be the greatest enemy to devolution itself, not knowing that without those very counties they will be jobless.
