I believe that in a business its not the compensation plan or the products.that will make people believe in the business.I truly believe that people fallow people even though the see the benefits and the money.but people can tell whos really real at heart and whos really out for there for owns pockets.actions speak louder then words.my team I brought into my business I brought them not just as team members but as family.and with my business we have the opportunity to make more money then the person who brought us In.even if my team does better then me Ill be happy because I changed there life and they believe in me.theres no I in team.with team work equals success.always be happy at what you do and love the people you do it with.
