I believe that your intimate relationship is the backbone of everything you do in life. If you relationship is not where you want it to be, youll experience stress, pain & frustration. It will also affect your emotions, thinking & behaviours. What about the impact on your career, business, finances & health, family life etc.? What about the impact on your children? What examples are you setting up for them? What message do you want them to carry in their life - that relationships are amazing and that theyll find the love they deserve OR that relationships wont last so they shouldnt bother? Relationships are not something we openly talk about but I think it is critical for us to start having open & honest conversations around this topic. What you tolerate in your life will come back and haunt you. If you know something is not right, if you know something needs to change, do it NOW! Dont wait until it becomes too late. Do this not only for yourself, but for the people you love the most.
